New Wave Chamber Music Week offers the next generation of musicians an immersive chamber music experience where participants rehearse and perform alongside Galatea artists. Through this side-by-side mentorship, young musicians gain deeper musical insight, strengthen their ensemble skills, and learn the collaborative communication that chamber music demands.
Each day also includes supportive educational disciplines, such as movement, journaling, eurythmics, and creative expression, along with nutritious foods to support everyone both musically and physically throughout the week.

New Wave Foundation supports Galatea Chamber Music’s outreach and access initiatives, making it possible to bring live performances and interactive presentations into schools, libraries, and community spaces while providing young musicians with the instruments and resources they need to grow.
Through community support and donations, the Foundation helps remove financial and logistical barriers, creating real opportunities for students to engage with music both as listeners and as participants.
This work also includes the Grow Through Music Scholarship, which provides financial support for young musicians to participate in New Wave Chamber Music Week. By reducing the cost of participation, the scholarship ensures that students are able to access high-level mentorship, performance opportunities, and a collaborative musical environment regardless of financial circumstance.
